Brandy Conner Hosts New Series ‘Hotel Incredible’ Exclusively on TV Asia

Today we’d like to introduce you to Brandy Conner.

It’s an honor to speak with you today. Why don’t you give us some details about you and your story. How did you get to where you are today?

Thank you so much, it’s such a pleasure. Well, I have been in lodging and hospitality my whole life really. I bought my first house when I was 18. I have always had a passion for real estate so after putting myself through college I started a Bed and Breakfast directory where people could search and book a Bed and Breakfast. I was pretty successful with that so I started marketing vacation rentals. From there I was approached by someone who was Managing a Hotel who asked if I could help Hotels also. I said, absolutely and it pretty much grew from there.

Over the past 10 years we have worked with thousands of clients helping them increase their bookings and overall revenue. That led up to earlier this year TV Asia presenting me with the opportunity to Host and Produce their new TV Series ‘Hotel Incredible’. We just got done filming the last of 13 Episodes and it has been such an amazing experience. I feel so honored to have been given the opportunity to Host the show. Our goal as a company has always been to help as many hoteliers as possible and the show allows me the opportunity to further showcase that. Helping Hotel owners is truly my passion and I just feel so blessed to have such an incredible team working with me who is dedicated to making that happen.

I’m sure your success has not come easily. What challenges have you had to overcome along the way?

Like all of us I have been through many failures and many challenges. I think what’s important is that you keep getting back up. When I was a kid, we were really poor. We got our food from the food bank and didn’t know from day to day if we would have heat or water or even where we would be living.

We moved around a lot, we slept in cars, motels, trailer homes. We slept on the floor without blankets. Really, it was pretty bad, but you know from all of that what I gained is drive and determination and for that I am so thankful. I know I would not be where I am at today without those experiences.

In those moments, cold and alone I promised myself I would never be in a situation like that again and I would do whatever it takes to always be able to provide for myself and my family.

Let’s talk about the work you do. What do you specialize in and why should someone work with you over the competition?

What’s amazing about our company is that we are so adaptable. Every day we are evolving and changing to meet the needs of our clients. We listen to our clients and that’s really important because if we can solve their problem, we can make them more successful and more profitable.

We were at the forefront of reputation management when really the concept was unheard of and now hotel owners see how important it is and now that we have worked with thousands of clients it’s really amazing to see the transformations and the difference we have made on their businesses.

What’s your best piece of advice for readers who desire to find success in their life?

Do something every day in the direction of your goals. Every day won’t be a success but it’s the little things that add up. Consistency compounds so just do something – everyday. You will be amazed at the things you can do just take it one step at a time.

Speaking of success, what does the word mean to you?

Success is about being better. If you are better today then you were yesterday that’s success. If you learn from your mistakes that’s success. If you improve yourself, your relationship, your finances, your health, your business it’s all success. I think we should all strive to reach our fullest potential because we all have greatness inside and we can all attain success with persistence, commitment, and dedication.

What’s next for you?

I am so excited for what’s next. We have spent this last year dedicated to building out new and better solutions to serve our clients and we have put together some awesome solutions. We are now offering everything from Virtual Concierge Services to QR Guestbooks, a Direct Booking Platform, a solution to pay Housekeepers, new and better ways for Hoteliers to gain more positive reviews and overall provide guests with the best experience. All of this is just being launched now and we are expanding to help Hoteliers all over the world. My team and I are super excited and can’t wait to help even more Hoteliers take their business from good to incredible.
