Trauma Release Techniques and Personal Experiences

To introduce himself by showing what he was all about, Gary demonstrated a breathing exercise that involved six breaths through the mouth and nose, helping both Gayle and the team relax and “sync up”. Now that everyone on set was in harmony, he began to talk about his own self-healing journey.

“ I I’ve had a lot of abuse, I’ve had eight concussions, I’ve had near death experiences, I I’ve, I’ve been through relationships, of which I was the architect of most of the problems in those relationships” he admitted, later explaining that this journey has been one of rebuild past relationships damaged by an inability to let go of trauma.

Global Access to Healing and Personal Impact

In a poignant moment, Gayle added her own experience to the conversation, talking about how Gary helped her process unresolved grief regarding her late father. Gary then explained his ability to sense trauma in others’ bodies, often using his own experiences as a reference point.

“I sense it in my body. I know where all the parts go, and every part of the body has a relationship.”

Gayle then remarked how  Gary has made his healing methods freely accessible, contrasting this with others who profit from proprietary techniques, which he clarified was part of Human Garage’s mission to make healing available for everyone.

Understanding Trauma and Fascial Maneuvers

The conversation then shifted towards the widespread prevalence of diseases and mental health issues, which Gary suggested stem from collective trauma. He explained how trauma can manifest as heaviness in movement and stress, impacting overall health, then described the benefits of fascial maneuvers, both self-administered and in partnership, in alleviating this trauma and stress and how he teaches people to do so in a free 28-day Road to Healing program.

The Science Behind Fascial Maneuvers

Delving into the science behind his methods, Gary discusses the importance of reducing stress to address various health issues. He likens the brain’s processing of stress to a computer with multiple open windows, explaining how stress hinders our ability to think and solve problems. He then demonstrated a quick stress-relief exercise involving breathwork and energy visualization that helps us close some of those windows and clear our minds to focus on the task at hand.

Gary’s Personal Journey and the Origin of Human Garage

After that, Gary went into the origins of the Human Garage, a name that stemmed from his initial work in his garage with a small team of like-minded associates . He recounts a pivotal moment when he successfully treated a client with back pain, leading to the clinic’s gradual growth and the eventual development of their roster of celebrity clients with names like Ben Affleck.

The Role of Energy and Crystals in Healing

Gary then introduced a crystal wand used in his energetic healing practice, explaining its purpose and origins which traced back to a shaman who charged the crystals with specific intentions in order to enhance their healing properties. He then proceeded to demonstrate the wand’s effects, highlighting its role in amplifying human experience, much to the curiosity of Gayle and digital reporter Brody Wadell

Connection and Personal Healing

Once again, the discussion shifted, now focusing on the shared energy and trauma among individuals. Gary explained that repeated interactions can help identify common behavior  patterns, fostering a deeper connection which allows him to identify the effect that trauma has on the body and better . Gayle then reflected on her personal transformation through her work with Gary, emphasizing the importance of approaching healing with love and intention rather than merely seeking personal gain.

The Global Mission of Human Garage

Gary elaborates on the global mission of the Human Garage, talking about the importance of the production of live content to broaden access to healing practices. He shares the significance of the team’s character and their genuine desire to help others, something that stemmed not just from his personal values, but also from the suffering of going through his brother’s suicide.

Final Thoughts and Future Plans

As the episode drew to a close, Gary reiterated the importance of sharing healing methods freely and invited listeners to join the Human Garage community. He then proceeded to explain the cost-recovery model for their live events, highlighting the founders’ dedication to forgoing salaries.
