Exclusive Interview With Ceylone Boothe Grooms

Today we’d like to introduce you to Ceylone Boothe Grooms.

It’s an honor to speak with you today. Why don’t you give us some details about you and your story. How did you get to where you are today?

I am a model, makeup artist & beauty expert with over 25 years in the beauty industry. During the pandemic I started documenting the “Simple, but special ” meals I make for my family each day and it got the attention of a national magazine! This led to me working as featured food editor for the publication, showcasing great food as well as beautiful table settings. I marry these careers by being a full time Lifestyle Blogger, specializing in “Beauty as a Lifestyle “.

I’m sure your success has not come easily. What challenges have you had to overcome along the way?

I am a very busy wife and Mom of 4, one of whom has extreme special needs. It can be a challenge to juggle it all but, though organization, hard work & dedication, I get it all done while enjoying every minute. I love helping women feel beautiful in the beauty space, and my passion for food & family allows me to find the determination to succeed as a food editor.

Let’s talk about the work you do. What do you specialize in and why should someone work with you over the competition?

I work with women from all over the world, helping them find products so that they’re able to reach their desired skin care goals and makeup looks. My specialty is anti-aging skincare and makeup tricks. I love all things beauty! My love for beauty crosses over in my food prep and presentation. For me, a meal is a feast for the eyes & stomach. Meals at my house are an experience! Following my journey of doing what I love, will help inspire others to do the same.

What’s your best piece of advice for readers who desire to find success in their life?

Passion and purpose is the name of the game. Find what you are passionate about, what would you die for, then LIVE for it! What are your natural gifts & talents, what drives you? Those are the stepping stones to success. Work hard, but smart. Do your research and find a mentor in the field you desire.

Speaking of success, what does the word mean to you?

Oprah Winfrey says “Success is living at the highest vibration of yourself” & I couldn’t agree more. I am constantly working on learning, growing, climbing and lifting others in the process. Success to me is living a Purpose Driven Existence.

What’s next for you?

I was recently crowned Mrs. New Jersey American for the Mrs. America Organization and will be competing for the national title in Las Vegas this month! I am so excited for this incredible opportunity. I will get to talk about my career as an entrepreneur as well as my dedication to charitable organizations close to my heart. Two of those charities are, Kick Cancer Overboard, an organization that raises money to grant the vacation of a lifetime to families dealing with a cancer crisis and The Esther Project, a global women’s empowerment movement that’s dedicated to the advancement of women in any and all spaces.

Finally, how can people connect with you if they want to learn more?
