Today we’d like to introduce you to Samantha J.
Tell us about what you’re working on at the moment that you would love the world to know about. Give us as much detail as possible!
I launched my Business School – Empress and Emperor. It’s the only business school that exists which merges strategy, spirituality and self expression to help entrepreneurs to build empires that shape a better world. Our philosophy is totally different to the average business coach. I help entrepreneurs build empires from the inside out. It starts with self awareness and clarity over who you are, then I build a step by step blueprint to reach your most ambitious goals from there. Why? Because a business never outgrows its owners level of consciousness. By understanding your belief systems, values and vision of your life, then the business can grow in alignment with who you authentically are and the authentic way you wish to do business. This means getting better results, in less time, with less money and even with less “work”. Imagine being able to triple your income and impact, and work less hours along the way? This what I teach my clients, so they can have a successful business, successful relationship and retain their health without the burn out along the way!
Is there anyone in your life you’d like to shout out that has helped you get to where you are? How have they helped you?
My mum and dad! I recall the very day that I went to them and “asked for help”. If it wasn’t for their unconditional love and acceptance, I wouldn’t have been able to own up to my mistakes in my life, and have had the support to be able to become a better version of myself. Their love and acceptance, allowed me to not be defined my past, and instead dedicate my life to learning how to become a more loving, kinder and self aware human, so I could stop abusing myself and also causing pain towards those around me. They gave me the opportunity to work in the family property development, which helped me find a sense of meaning and purpose in life, that lead me to here. They have been there for me at every corner of the ups and downs in life, and having that type of emotional support, literally saved my life from the depths of suicide, without it, I wouldn’t be living here today.
Do you have any final thoughts you would like to share with our audience?
“I am leading a movement of millennials to build empires that shape a better world, merging spirituality, self-expression and business strategy,” Samantha says. “My philosophy is that business is 33% strategy, 33% self-expression and 33% spirituality.” With this mantra guiding her, Samantha is helping millennial entrepreneurs whose deep connection to god and spirit helps solve meaningful problems in the world. As previously stated, never before has a single generation been presented with such a unique opportunity to do both good for the world, whilst building future wealth for themselves too. Over the next few decades, the largest intergenerational wealth transfer in history will pass down over $30 trillion in inheritance from Baby Boomers over to Millennials and Generation X’s, with their earning power set to increase by almost 75% across the next few years. “This is what I am preparing my clients for,” says Samantha. “When profit and purpose can co-exist in harmony using my shared value business model, businesses can be responsible for solving health, climate change, mental health, sex trafficking and so much more.” Business owners and organisations of the future now have a duty of corporate responsibility, as both business leaders and citizens of the world, to be asking themselves what role they play in the changing critical.
