How Rosie and Kit Volcano Turned $10K Into a 6-Figure Coaching Empire

Rosie and Kit Volcano weren’t born business moguls. In fact, in 2017, they were living on a friend’s pull-out couch after their first business venture—a yoga studio—collapsed under the weight of limiting beliefs about money and worth.

“We were addicted to the ‘humble healer’ belief that money was evil,” Rosie recalls.

But the fire wasn’t out. It was simply waiting to erupt.

With nothing left to lose, the couple made a terrifying decision: they invested $10,000 they didn’t have into a coaching program. That single move flipped their world upside down—and set the foundation for The Little Volcano Coaching and Communication, a thriving global coaching brand.

A Mindset Shift That Changed Everything

What Rosie and Kit gained wasn’t just strategy—it was the courage to dream bigger, challenge inner programming, and claim their worth.

Within 12 months of that investment, they had their first six-figure month. Today, they’ve built a multifaceted brand offering online challenges, live events, and transformational retreats to clients around the world.

But perhaps their most defining business trait isn’t structure—it’s soul.

The Moment That Redefined Vulnerability

At that first coaching retreat, they stepped into a room of 50 conservative Christian attendees—far outside their comfort zone. As a queer couple, and with Kit newly transitioning from female to male, they carried fears of judgment.

But then their coach, Sabastian, challenged the group with a phrase Rosie will never forget:

“Give them a reason to reject you, and you give them a reason to accept you.”

Inspired, Kit put on a purple leotard under his clothes. On Day 2, while the group danced to “I’m Sexy and I Know It,” Kit stripped down in front of the room—boobs, beard, and boldness on full display.

The room froze. Then Sabastian, arms open, smiled and said, “Come to Daddy.”

Kit jumped into his arms and kissed him.

“It was his birthday,” Rosie says. “He told Kit it was the best birthday gift he could’ve received.”

By the end of the event, the group felt like family. Walls were torn down, stereotypes shattered. It became clear: authenticity is the ultimate connector.

Building a Brand Around Truth

Rosie and Kit’s mission is to help others be radically seen, loved, and empowered.

Their advice?
“Don’t compare. Celebrate what makes you different. Take the risk. Trust the process.”

From yoga and breathwork to non-negotiable downtime, they practice what they preach to avoid burnout and stay grounded.

What’s Next for The Little Volcano

With books, a podcast, and expanded media features on the horizon, The Little Volcano is only getting hotter.

“We want to help more people set themselves free from fear and step into their full selves,” Rosie says.
