Katrina Summers is the Founder + CEO of Katrina Summers Brand. They empower business leaders and teams to think outside the box by leaning into their bold, authentic and powerful selves. This past year Summers has broke the corporate mold by leaning into my own core being, and has a bold enough to break through the corporate ceiling and launch her own consulting business, KSB Agency.
Summers previous experience includes 10 years of corporate sales leadership, overseeing $80 million+ in revenue. It’s safe to say that corporate sales is my true passion and I live to see others pursue their dreams by leaning into their authenticity. She is on a mission to help entrepreneurs and corporate leaders find their purpose and live a fulfilling life.
Summers drive of excellence comes from my support system and plenty of coffee (seriously, my dream is to own a boutique coffee shop). She married the love of her life and has a beautiful family together, including three wild kiddos and our puppy, Sophie! In Summers spare time you can find her traveling with the fam, lounging poolside and reading anything and everything. Summers has a book coming out in December 2021 on Amazon and Barnes & Noble. Is there anything this women doesn’t do.
What’s your best piece of advice for readers who desire to find success in their life?
- Be true to yourself and be intentional with how you spend your time and who you spend your energy on.
Speaking of success, what does the word mean to you?
- Success to me is the ability to do what sets my soul free, provide a future for my family and encourage/support those around me to do the same.
I’m sure your success has not come easily. What challenges have you had to overcome along the way?
- Nothing worth having is easy, so of course there have been struggles along the way, but in becoming a Fierce Entrepreneur I’m finding every, single one of the struggles well worth what comes thereafter. Initially, starting a business can be challenging for anyone and I would venture to stay my struggles weren’t unique to me. From the online presence and consistency in branding to managing the business financials. Trust me, I went through it all, learning plenty along the way.
