Las Vegas Dentist Dr. Patrick Anghel Rebuilds Smiles With Dental Implants

Today we’d like to introduce you to Dr. Patrick Anghel.

It’s an honor to speak with you today. Why don’t you give us some details about you and your story. How did you get to where you are today?

Having graduated dental school in Detroit, in 2019, I moved to Las Vegas shortly afterwards. Recently, July of 2021, I purchased my dental office in Las Vegas, Nevada. Ranch Plaza Dental Group is in Henderson and the journey to make it happen was a long one. Prior to my purchase I worked hard to develop my skill set in dentistry and what I wanted to be know for in the field. Surgery and implants are a love of mine and something I continue to perfect. Along with the other procedures in dentistry, I strive to provide the best care to my patients, rebuild smiles and relieve patients from their pain. Recreating smiles and restoring function, is the utmost importance I have, when treating my patients. Every patient deserves to be treated with respect, regardless of what issues they have or how much money they have. I love my staff and I believe that every patient deserves to be treated like family.

I’m sure your success has not come easily. What challenges have you had to overcome along the way?

Challenges always present themselves, but they are just opportunities in disguise. A challenge is an opportunity to earn and become a better version of yourself. There is no such thing as failure unless you treat it as such. If you don’t learn from your mistakes or from moments in time, that is when a challenge becomes a failure. You think of the great athletes or entrepreneurs who achieved massive amounts of success; they all had their “failures”. They learned and came back better and stronger, they built better companies. We are no different and if we approach our challenges with that mentality, you start to level up and success becomes woven in your DNA.

Let’s talk about the work you do. What do you specialize in and why should someone work with you over the competition?

As you can guess I am a dentist. I do all different types of dental procedures in my office and have specialists come as well. However, my forte is dental implants. Replacing single teeth, multiple teeth or a patient who needs a denture that is supported by implants is my craft. I love being able to recreate a smile and allow patient to walk around confidently, knowing their smiles looks like it did when they were younger. When a patient is able to enjoy their favorite foods again, after missing teeth for so many years, brings me great joy. I strive to perfect my skills in all areas, but with implants being utilized more and more I want to be know as the go to dentist in Las Vegas for implant placement and rehab.

What’s your best piece of advice for readers who desire to find success in their life?

Never stop learning. Read as often as you can. When you learn things about your craft or things that don’t pertain to your field is when you start to look at the world in a different perspective. That different perspective allows you to overcome the challenges you are presented with a lot easier because you are able to think outside of the box when searching for solutions. Also, never say no. If you don’t know how to do something, say yes you will do it. Now the pressure is on and you are forced to learn and seek advice about whatever task is at hand. That is how we step out of our comfort zone and that is how we continue to learn new skills and become more confident.

Speaking of success, what does the word mean to you?

Success means whatever you want it to be. For everyone it is different. For some it is money. Others it is status. Some just want to travel the world or raise a happy family. Success is subjective, but when we are old and no longer have the energy to do the things we once could, if we look back and are please with the way things turned out, that is success.

What’s next for you?

My next goal is to build this practice as large as I can make it. We just renovated and are increasing the amount of patients that we are seeing. I want to be known as the dental expert in my community but I want my office to be a place where other dentists seek to work and grow their skills but where employees want to work for me as well. If people enjoy coming to work and seek to work at my office, the environment and the skill set of all staff is what will allow me team and I to provide the best care to our patient’s. When the staff is happy the patient’s will want to come.

Finally, how can people connect with you if they want to learn more?

The easiest way to connect with me is via Instagram @pat.the.dentist I respond to my DMs, although it may take some time.
