(MUST READ) SAJJAD MUSIK Asked About Success And Its Challenges

Today we’d like to introduce you to Sajjad musik.

It’s an honor to speak with you today. Why don’t you give us some details about you and your story. How did you get to where you are today?

Thanks for having me. So we’re not here all day I’ll just say this. In a nutshell, it’s realizing and telling myself that the obstacles or “hard times” in life are temporary. Now temporary doesn’t mean it’ll all be fixed tomorrow or next week, but progress and a better day will come.

It’s also about reminding myself that it doesn’t mean difficulties or hardships won’t reoccur, life is full of highs and lows. However, it does mean that I CAN and WILL overcome. So how did I get where I am today? Blessings from the most high, to be able to persevere, stay consistent, keep hope and continue to work on my purpose.

I’m sure your success has not come easily. What challenges have you had to overcome along the way?

Long list ! The challenges of remaining patient, staying discipline , constantly working on my craft which is a challenge I enjoy tremendously. I always want to do better than the last time. The challenge of fully knowing what you’re capable of and comes natural to you, BUT still working vigorously at it.

Not settling and seeing comfort as a gift and a privilege instead of something that’s owed to me for some reason. I must earn that comfort. The brain is a muscle. So it can be trained! The BIGGEST of the challenges is RE TRAINING the brain. An interesting and exciting process that I enjoy.

Let’s talk about the work you do. What do you specialize in and why should someone work with you over the competition?

I would say songwriting. It’s a passion of mine and brings me ultimate peace and joy. Don’t get me wrong, I love every stage of making music! Writing, rehearsing, recording, performing etc. If I HAD TO pick one though? It’s writing.

To your 2nd question, I would say that’s an answer that the people that are interested in working to decide and come up with after going through the musical catalog/resume. I had a slice of humble pie earlier today. LOL

What’s your best piece of advice for readers who desire to find success in their life?

By no means do I have all the answers. What works for one person might not for the next and vice versa. I will say after a plan followed by execution, just trust the process. Learn from each experience whether good or bad because your approach will be stronger and more efficient on the next go around.

Don’t be afraid to try things that make sense because even if they don’t end up exactly how you desired it still was an attempt to reach success. Forward progress is progress wherever small or big.

Find what makes you happy then find your strengths in that field. That way you’ll be confident enough to attack with no fear, no doubt or hesitation. These are just a few things that I use mentally.

Speaking of success, what does the word mean to you?

Success to me in general? Happiness, comfort and MOST OF ALL, being able to help others, give back, give them opportunities to make their lives a little easier.

What’s next for you?

Single after single after single ! Followed by my second EP! Stay tuned.
