Early in their journey, Drs. Leilani and Fernando discovered that most business owners weren’t ready to sell.
“Many had no exit strategy,” explains Dr. Fernando. “They didn’t realize how much preparation goes into selling the right way.”
They quickly realized that education was missing from the equation. Failed deals became their greatest teachers.
“It’s painful when a deal falls apart,” Dr. Leilani recalls, “but it reminded us of the responsibility we have to prepare our clients for success.”

Their focus today is on empowering entrepreneurs to make informed decisions—whether they’re acquiring a company or preparing to exit one. They teach clients to think long-term and build with the end in mind.
“We want business owners to understand that they can sell on their terms,” says Dr. Fernando. “That takes planning, strategy, and the right team.”

The couple leads a team of 12 and is embracing technology to amplify their reach.
“We call it high tech, high touch,” says Dr. Fernando. “AI helps us streamline operations, but it will never replace real relationships.”
Their next chapter includes publishing their first co-authored book and 10x’ing their business impact—all while keeping family at the center.
