Tell us about what you’re working on at the moment that you would love the world to know about. Give us as much detail as possible!
I’m working on a really large project that will do a lot of good for the community. I firmly believe that property tax is out of control. My family moved out of state bc of how expensive it is. I hate that had to happen, and I don’t want to see it happen again to others.
That being said my self published best seller on amazon is a plan for just that
Solving the property tax problem.
Local municipalities can make millions of dollars selling power , from farms owned by themselves.
These millions of dollars won’t have to be created Out of thin air. Just rerouted from pockets of fat cats , back to the pockets of tax payers.
My plan will also employ hundreds or maybe even thousands of people for a decade. A great paying job, will lead to new homes for workers wanting to be closer to the work site.
New homes, more traffic, means more business — all will lead to increased home values…
Not to mention , who wouldn’t want to live in a beautiful Nj town that has no property tax?
Is there anyone in your life you’d like to shout out that has helped you get to where you are? How have they helped you?
I owe a thank you to my best friend from high-school, and my aunt. I convinced my buddy that when I make my first million, he’ll get half, all he has to do is help me w my first company. I’m still working on the million almost 10 years later!
If it was not for my aunt paying for my llc, and my cousins spending their hard earned money for 1% stakes ,
I never would of gotten far with brandon.

A special shout-out to a guy named lenny. He and I shared the same passion about the industry and the pirates it came with. He taught me what he believed to be the ethical way to sell solar. End of the day he taught me to be proud in what I’m selling.

The pain I am in every day drives me, and between the accident & my book
I have what I have today. I wouldn’t want to go back and lose what I have going on now.
