Putting all my love in each dish, with a daring and delicious fusion since I am the daughter of Europeans, born in Venezuela. Also being able to honor and thank everyone who supported me and helped me to be in this beautiful and wonderful country, working hard and doing my best is my way of saying thank you and my greatest source of inspiration. I love preparing dishes that integrate traditional Italian cuisine with fresh and vibrant Latin flavors. Choosing just one from my repertoire is somewhat difficult, as my favorites include stuffed tomatoes, ricotta gnocchi with cashew pesto, pumpkin and mandarin risotto with crispy goat cheese, cocoa pappardelle with lamb ragout I also love making desserts like the mango-lime semifreddo, panna cotta with rice pudding and pineapple flambé with rum, and cinnamon tiramisu.
