Why Dani Zomer Doesn’t Believe in the ‘9-to-5 is the Enemy’ Mentality

In an ever-changing world, the working environment of the employed population never ceases to evolve. The COVID-19 Pandemic forced millions into working from home, and despite restrictions easing, many have chosen to continue to work from the comfort of their own home. However, perhaps the most revolutionary of workplace changes in recent times is the rise of young people aiming to earn a liveable wage whilst putting in just a fraction of the hours. Business mogul and self-made millionaire Dani Zomer believes that the modern era of employment breeds the misguided idea that ‘9-to-5 is the enemy’. Whilst some of the world’s best, brightest and most ambitious entrepreneurs can expect such prosperity at a low work rate early in their careers, many less experienced youth are left wondering why their efforts are not yielding lucrative results.

Dani knows better than anyone that a strong work ethic and will to succeed is instrumental in building a brand for oneself. Dani believes that for the vast majority, it takes planning, effort and time to get your business off the ground before having the luxury of outsourcing laborious tasks and working minimal hours. To her, working full-time hours teaches discipline, pushing yourself to the limits and testing the boundaries to truly see how motivated you are in making your dream a reality.

Prior to being known as founder of booming businesses “Millionaire Consulting” and “AppointmentSetter.com”, Dani worked a minimum wage job in a sales call centre just to put food on the table. Whilst admittedly not her dream scenario, Dani acknowledges that the lessons she learnt from her hardship formed the foundation for her successes today. For eight hours a day Dani strengthened her craft, building skills in sales pitching and appointment setting, gaining and a breadth of knowledge, so much so that she made this her model for her now thriving businesses.

Dani believes that the reason why so many young entrepreneurs give up or fail in their pursuits is because they expect too much too quickly. Without taking the time try, fail and learn from past experiences, how can one expect to sharpen their skills, build resilience and master their niche?

Dani’s minimum wage employment at a young age formed her strong work ethic and sales skills that laid the foundations for her to build multiple successful businesses from the ground up, providing a 7-figure monthly income. Dani’s message? 9-to-5 employment is not an enemy for ambitious young entrepreneurs, but an ally.
